Upon arrival there was a couple standing in front of the counter seemed to be awaiting service, then switched to the credit kiosk to order ..(the other kiosk was down) they was having trouble placing an order on it so they decided to try to get help from one of the three people being behind the counter with no luck they walked away. After noticing everything, I hesitantly ordered for me and my whole family, again needing assistance and was ignored upon asking. Patently waiting a female finally looked back when I asked again if they could just take cash and was extremely rude with one word...NO!! I was shocked to hear so so I asked again..and then she said well, yeah but it'll be a while.. With people waiting behind me I quickly finish my order to hurry up and carry on as there was a family awaiting the kiosk because it was the only option. Upon receiving the food it was nothing but seriousl disappointment. I after trying to sit through it with my kids walked up and asked who the manger was and a woman replied with "me" in a shout and walked away. Been sitting in the drive through for almost 20 mins. Got only 2 meals and the order behind got more than we did and they had to come get our receipt because they did not remember our order. Will not be coming here again unless it's for shakes. Terrible service. Service: 1

Everything was self serve. You placed your own order on a kiosk (which it asked for a tip) got your own drinks/condiments and whatever and then they called your name when your order was ready and you walked up to the counter to pick up your own food. Fries had a few fries, maybe 15, that were over two inches long, most were not over 1 1/2 in. The 4 tables we looked at were not wiped clean, we chose the cleanest. Restroom was just unclean, urinal was crusted yellow. Good bye Steak and Shake nice knowing you. It is that you are not the only one on the block. We were visiting family and decided to have them join us for dinner that evening. I was very pleased with the atmosphere and the service. Our food for all nine of us arrived at the same time. The manager checked on us frequently. I have no complaints and I would eat there again.
