They never honor the national subway coupons and promotions. Might as well change their store name to something else and stop using the Subway name. What a rip off!!

Footlong sandwich was only 11.5 inches long with skinny stale bread. Card reader said my gift card wasn't valid and employee wouldn't bother to check the balance to confirm. I checked the card online when I got home and it was fine. Skip this clip joint. Food: 2 Service: 1

Nothing about my order was correct. Store does not answer phone number listed, no matter how many times you call. Corporate phone number is now "fully digital". 0 stars. Waste of time and money. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

When a family of 4 walks into subway to eat, then the manager decides to complete an online order of 4 sandwiches in between? Terrible time and customer management. Kid working realized it wasn't right and apologized, but the manager was clueless as to his mistake.
