Didn't look like the place was open because there was no one at the counter...after being at the counter for a short period of time 3 young ladies came out from the back giggling & laughing...one young lady greeted me & asked what I would like to order while the other 2 stood off to the side & continued to laugh & giggle...a car drove up outside & all 3 of them were more interested in who was in the car than they were on finishing my order...there did not appear to be any adults working at the time...I come from a food service background (18 years of experience) & I realize most places are short-staffed but there needs to be an adult there...I will more than likely not be returning to this Subway Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Recommended dishes Grilled Chicken

Walked down to Subway on Wooster Avenue from my house, and when I walked in they told me it would be a 30 min wait, because they had a large order they were fulfilling on the mobile app! That is rediculous!! This Subway has been going downhill for sometime now. Used to be the best Subway in the area, not any more. This was the last straw, will not be back. And it is only a block and a half from my house. I have spent a lot of money there in the last 25 years. They won't get anymore! 😡 Food: 1 Service: 1

Literally I was standing for about ten minutes talking to the lady and she didn't listen to me and she wasn't even so busy, literally disrespectful but if she was able to answer the call that came to her Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
