I ordered a sub 20 minutes ago through online ordering and they're slammed.. I get it. They're tending to the line first when I was way before them so there is no point to online ordering in my opinion. Then the girl working today kept making comments about how annoyed she was with online ordering. I come in weekly and I love doing online ordering. I understand what it's like to be busy, but as someone that works in customer service I would never be complaining about customers in front of the customers. There is no customer service at this location. The staff can’t even be bothered to wash their hands and put on new gloves after touching the register. Wouldn’t be surprised if someone ends up sick from this place. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I work until 6pm I called this location at 6:05 and they told me they couldn’t take the order over the phone. Okay no problem I put the order in online. At 6:15 and the money was taken out at 6:16 from my account. My wife and I finished our running and were on our way to grab the 6 sandwiches for our family and then the same guy who told me he couldn’t take the order over the phone then calls me and tells me they can’t make the order. Like seriously you can take the money but not the order and then wait until literally 10 minutes until the order was to be picked up. This is absolutely ridiculous. The rudeness of the guy and the lady was unacceptable. Service Take out Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This is the worse subway I have ever been to. The staff on Friday night were extremely rude!! They were too busy goofing off instead of waiting on customers! They both had attitudes because I had a coupon to use and went in to a long speech about making sure it’s not expired…then went on to take a online order that came in after I was standing in line waiting and filled that order before finishing mine!! Horrible customer service and definitely will not be back!! Service: 1
