I ordered the half and half on Goldbelly. Half coconut and half italian cream. The coconut cake is the best tasting I've had yet. Good coconut flavor. For the sweet tooth in the family my hubby said he felt it was a little too sweet. For the Italian Cream, I've never had italian cream with pineapple. That's all it was pecans and pineapple. Texture of frosting was grainy and pretty sweet. Was a nice treat for my Birthday and very glad I tried Sugaree's. The caramel cake is a traditional southern favorite and Sugaree’s makes it just right! Bought a pound cake and red velvet cake, but they were frozen, which I wasn't happy about as far as a bakery is concerned. Plus, the bakery was recommended to me because I came from out of town. It took so long to thaw put people were putting it in the microwave. Maybe I judged them too soon, will give them another try.

We were visiting family in Ripley but my son and I stayed in New Albany. (The house that we were supposed to stay in was messing with my asthma) we needed to find something to do before go picking up my mother in Ripley. So we went to downtown New Albany and this Bakery caught my eye. We enjoyed the customer service and suggestions that we were given. We had also talked about how eating cake Frozen was the best. I'm not sure if they heard me shriek in enjoyment when I'd seen the cheesecake. My son and I bought a couple slices of cake, I bought an additional brownie for myself and my mom enjoyed the Tarts that I bought for her. If we are ever in the area again we will definitely visit. *update* the cakes and brownies were delicious

Small town magic in this sweet shop - sweet spot. Friendly service and a super delicious product. If your ever in New Albany MS, staying a while or just passing through you don't want to miss out on these tasty treats.

The cooking class that they do on the last Sunday of the month is so fun!! We did the Pizza, Pasta & Gnocchi class. We purchased items from the bakery afterwards. Delicious!
