The spirit bomb with spicy crab meat is amazing! I also had the spider roll! There are no words, it was that good. Service is always fast and friendly. The restaurant is clean. This is a must stop place everytime the wife and I swing down from Casper. Their food is beyond delicious!!! The tempura spicy tuna is to die for. I was never really a sushi person until we ate here one time. Good job guys!!!! You will always be on the list when we check in down in Greeley. Update - It's been some time since we visited Sushi One. I'm not sure what happened but we noticed that all the regular sushi chefs were no longer there, and we noticed a significant difference in the quality of the food. We ordered the Rangoons as an appetizer and they came out dripping grease. Kinda gross. The rest of the rolls and sashimi were also not up the usual standards we expect from this place. The service was still good. I originally rated them at 5 stars, but unfortunately I have to drop my rating because of the this. I hope they are able to improve the quality of their food, because we really enjoyed this place. Fingers crossed. OMG some of the best sushi I’ve had in years. It’s a small place with limited seating but a great atmosphere with some outdoor seating. We sat at the bar and spoke with the sushi chefs. Great bunch of guys. Troy was the chef that did most of our platter. They have a very unique menu. It was sooo good. This is our new go-to sushi restaurant. Love it.
