Merci à Philip pour son accueil, ses conseils avisés pour choisir les délicieux plats que nous avons dégustés, et aussi pour la magnifique décoration de son restaurant qui nous a donné un avant-goût enchanteur de Gozo dans une ambiance jazzy. Philip nous a de plus élaboré un superbe itinéraire pour notre journée quad du lendemain et nous a offert un digestif et une spécialité locale à ramener à la maison. Inoubliable !
