This store has major crater pot holes in their DT. The store needs to get those fixed asap. I had to replace my tires due to it. I been calling to talk to the manager and can never find them

The manager here is extremely rude. Insisted that I had not been waiting an hour for an order when my phone clearly showed the order placed one hour ago. Then the employees joined along and thought it was funny that I wanted to speak to the manager (the one who was rude) because they knew I wasn’t going to be helped. I can understand long wait times, but this is crazy for fast food. They need new management! Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I was there for over 40 minutes, only 1 person making food and for drive thru only. There were 19 people at the front counter waiting for their food, the whole time I was there only 1 person got its food, there is no option to cancel after placing order online, I just left like many others, they can keep my food. The girl at the window today at around 1:20 should be fired very rude and gave us a strawberry freeze when we asked for the new strawberry cream drink and then we noticed and told her there is no cream and she said it’s the same thing and kept saying it when that’s not wat I ordered and for sure taste different also we asked for sauce gave us no sauce things like this can ruin a restaurant Service Take out Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Y'all gotta start hiring more nighttime people. I recently had to wait an hour for an order due to how busy it was, and it ain't fast food anymore if I gotta wait an hour. I placed my order on line 15 min before I arrived at the location waited another 30 minutes for my food. Not a large order. Unbelievably bad service. Employees laughing and joking in the kitchen. burrittos always tastes different in here . either there is no sauce or too much sauce sometimes burnt burrito. i got chicken and beef burrito today chicked had no sauce and beef one didint have any beef inside they just put cheese rice and some sauce lol(picture). Food: 1 Service: 1
