i normally love this taco bell, they consistently get my order correct while the annie glidden location messes it up every time, which is why they get two stars. unfortunately i had a terrible experience with one of the employees this past week. i did a mobile order, when i got to the store the employee told me they were out of one of the items i ordered. i asked if they were able to refund me for the one item or cancel the order. she said no since it was a mobile order, which is understandable, so then i asked how to go about getting a refund. the entire time she spoke to me condescendingly saying she couldn’t do it. i work in customer service and i understand they deal with disrespectful customers all the time, but i just calmly asked for a refund on the item they didn’t have. i left with no food, feeling embarrassed about the way she spoke to me. i ended up having to message taco bell on twitter to get a refund.
