Taco Bell is Taco Bell. Service is always so so as young adults just don't want to work these days or they feel intitled. Come on it's a fast food establishment. McDonald's is make $20 an hour in California!!!! That's so crazy to me. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

I arrived at 12:50 pm (early afternoon) to find the door locked. They were taking drive up orders but the dining area was locked. An employee sitting in the dining area got up and wandered towards the door then disappeared behind the counter. There was no signage regarding the reason for the locked door. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Went through the drive through. Unfortunately the cashier wasn't Attentive when we placed our order not everything we ordered was ordered?.... She gave us a drink that belonged to her car behind us, we ordered 2 party pack of taco's she handed us half of our order & said have a nice day. I Stated we are missing the other party pack we ordered 2. She said are you sure? Hang on keep in mind I had the receipt in my hand yes I paid for 2.i did receive the 2nd party pack tacos after asking. However I did order 2, 12 packs cinnabon balls only charged for 1 only received 1. She wasn't doing her job effectively.... Not impressed. Food was good again I went through the drive through. My husband and I arrived to pick up 2 door dash deliveries, I'm familiar with this location as a dasher and a regular customer, knowing the lobby is always locked we went through the drive through, as usual we stopped at the order screen/speaker and told the staff we were doordash and gave her Both order names and went to the window, we were given the 1st order but told the 2nd order wasn't ready and asked to wait out front, we did thinking someone would bring it out when done. We waited several minutes before deciding to go back to the window and check again, since we had already notifed staff and were told by said staff to wait out front I didnt think there would be a need to stop at the speaker again since they already knew we were there waiting. As we were waiting behind the only other car there to come up to the window the girl at the drive thru saw us and said turned saying something to an older guy on shift, turned out this was their manager Steven, as we pulled up we saw the order we'd been waiting for bagged and waiting on the warmer. Steven stomps over shoves open the window and proceeds to immediately go off on a rant at us yelling 'you guys have to stop at the speaker and tell us when youre here! you don't just drive straight up here! you need to stop at the speaker and tell us what you're picking up so we have time to get the order ready!", again the order was already ready and waiting, then walks away before we could explain or even say anything, and without giving us the order! The girl taking the orders, who told us to wait out front in the 1st place, handed it to us. Stevens behaviour was totally uncalled for and raising his voice to a customer is completely unacceptable! If you can't handle mobile orders And your drive through maybe just focus on drive thru til you get the hang of things. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This is the worst taco bell I have ever been to. Drive thru only because they never unlock the doors and they're constantly getting your order wrong. Check your order before you leave the window and make sure it's right. The locals do this and that's why the drive thru line is always so long. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
