I placed 2 orders at 1:13 am and another one at 1:19 am I have the emails to confirm for the river oaks TX store got all the way up there and they completely canceled my order cause " they were about to close at 2" I order my food almost 45 mins before closing they canceled 75 dollars worth of food. Literally every order whether you order in person, online, or through drive-through is always wrong, even if there is no corrections to the menu item. Always has the rudest most passive aggressive staff. And generally seems like a disgusting environment. My family has actually contracted campylobactor disease from eating their chicken quesadillas. This place needs to be shut down, or every employ fired and replaced with a competent staff that isn't extremely rude and disrespectful for no reason. Very disappointed that this is the only taco bell in the area, you have to risk getting sick and being disrespected to enjoy taco bell here. Food is what it is, not expecting on the border level dishes. Atmosphere is, well, fast food SERVICE, however, and this seems to be a problem in fast food in general, was not acceptable. I watched a gentleman approach the counter and the woman didn't even have a polite greeting, she literally looked at him, and word for word said, "You need to place your order over there ", and pointed to the self serve touch screens. He left. Just turned around, walked out, and drove away. The ideology of proper customer service is gone. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

We have been out of power for over 2 hours! Came to grab something to eat because obviously we couldn’t cook anything and we couldn’t sleep because it’s freezing cold. Couldn’t even make it through ordering in the drive thru because some kid was talking goofy and saying the complete opposite of what I was ordering! Half of the damn town is out of power! My family and I are getting ridiculously small portions , broken tacos and they burnt my nieces quesadilla today I’m tired of the lack of integrity in the food …the proof is in the pictures I feel cheated out of my money especially today. I placed a big order on the app, went to pick it up, and the staff was not happy about putting together my order. They were complaining about it as I was standing there waiting for them to finish, and they were not busy at all. They placed my order on the counter and didn't say if it was ready, when I asked they just ignored me. I ordered a steak bell grande, and it lettuce and jalapenos and extra cheese to it. The service was fast and quick my food most definitely was hot and fresh I didn't have any issues. I really wish they bring back the Mexican pizza though 😂. But all and all it was good and at that time of night their customer service was awesome. Price per person $1–10

Wow by far the rudest staff I have ever experienced at a Taco bell. I was management for Taco Bell and training for GM so i know this is not tolerated. They never greeted us or the two other parties that entered. Then told a man use the Kiosks to order its faster. Since they were too busy to serve us but we can stand against the counter. Then they argued with an elderly woman about her and her daughters order so much the woman told her to give her money back and walked out. Now there is a employee talking loudly in the dining room dissing the elderly woman. That is insane and so rude. The food was sub par tacos not filled to top, tea is watered down. I won’t be back to this store. The change in management is not good
