Food wasn’t great Taco Bell side took forever. KFC side was fast but gross. Taco Bell order wasn’t even started for 10 minutes and then wasn’t finished until 4 minutes later and it was still wrong. Management stood there yelling at their staff instead of just doing the work herself like a good manager would do with an extremely understaffed store. The place is understaffed because the manager is horrible. Get better management and better staff. I’ve never seen a Taco Bell and KFC so dead in my life and it’s because it’s horrible. Here is why you don't like the place: They are understaffed (1-2 workers), The menu is trying to include both restaurants (bad idea), the prices are insane, and they are pushing the employees for 150 seconds in the drive thru! Going inside is a better experience, but don't expect to be able to use the taco Bell app (of KFC app?). Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

UPDATE: Lobby is always closed. Always missing food. When I have to go back you can't go into the lobby, so you get to wait 15 to 30 minutes in the drive thru. You can't call either because they don't answer. Won't be coming here ever again. When I got to the window to get my missing food the lady working the window shut the sliding glass in my face mid sentence. Checked the hours before going. Said 11. They closed at 8.

It's a hit or miss because the turnover rate is incredibly high so it depends on the staff working whether your food will be what you ordered or not. ❗Make sure to double check your orders here❗ I wouldn't recommend dining in as it's usually NOT cleaned often and the bathrooms look like they are never cleaned. Id go to the Mexican restaurant down the street to get tacos before I go here. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
