The coffee came out cold when I ordered a hot coffee. I'm not sure how it was so cold. It had to be yesterday's coffee. At least heat it up in microwave if they want to use yesterday's stuff. I opened the cup and showed them that there was no steam coming from a hot cup of coffee. Not sure if they understood anything I said as English wasn't their first language. They got me new coffee with cream and sugar. My order was just cream. I recommend not to order breakfast at this location. Getting tired of all the miscommunication. I ordered #4, the wrap barely had meat. Also ordered a chipotle ranch burrito and a stake cheese burrito. The had everything, but meat. None of them had the required portion of meat. They had more lettuce than anything. For the last few months it’s been the same. This is ridiculous. Food: 1

I paid and asked for extra extra cheese. first time they put cheese ONLY in the middle. when being asked the second time they said i’ve to pay for it even tho i paid for it and they’ve full access to your orders on their screen. manager did nothing. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
