It's a pleasant experience to try nicely cooked ribs, ribeye and prawns. The cooks here prepare good brownies. Taste delicious margaritas, it's a must when visiting this steakhouse. The warm atmosphere of Texas Roadhouse makes customers feel relaxed and have a good time. A number of people point out that the waitstaff is efficient here. Great steak! We tried prime rib and ribeye, both has great portion and taste good. Bread is always amazing. The service is pretty good. They proactively noticed when we finished the bread and drinks, then brought the refill without asking. This is the best bread you'll ever put in your mouth. Add the cinnamon honey butter (or whatever it is), and you've got one thing to make you return. You're asked to choose a steak before going into the restaurant area. This is a fun selection process as you look thru a refrigerated storage area window. I enjoyed the food, but I was disappointed in so many other ways. They only serve dinner, so it opens at 3pm. They had a line built up about 10 min before opening. Then they got busy FAST. The salad didnt have much dressing but it was good. I didnt know bacon was an extra 70 cents ( found out at the payment module). It's a good size and decent to even share. I was offered a test flavor for a new margarita which hit the mark, but wont get you buzzed even though it's 18oz. Nothing wrong with that. It had lots of flavor and tajin on the rim. The service was very ... inconsistent. I wasn't seated at the bar but the bartender was also my server. This was a mistake. She was busy making some kind of mixture or doing lots of other tasks rather than focusing on the customers at the bar, and myself. One of the managers did stop by my table to check on me, and I did appreciate that. The steak was cooked to perfection. I asked for med rare and that's what I got. The chili was a bit cold. The cheese didnt even melt on it. I was disappointed but that's also a factor of having just TOO many items on their menu. I'm shocked they they dont have Mac n cheese as a side. Missed opportunity there. The brownie was hard as a brick. I didnt even finish it. The bartender didnt ask if I liked it. Normally when someone doesn't finish a dish, you ask if they need a box or didnt like it. Neither of those things happened unfortunately. The bathroom had standing water in the sink. This also means they do not clean it hourly or on some consistent basis. That's the first thing I saw....the Texas Roadhouse Restaurant! I had to pull my 18th century thousand pound Trebuchets down to Tracy so my pal Otto Goosenstepper can fling bowling balls out into his cotton field. Ol Otto bought every ball from a bowling alley in San Pablo that went out of business a couple years ago and he plans on parking a couple of old Pontiacs out there as targets, they're two hundred yards away, well within the reach of the mid evil weapon. Man-O-Man those ribs from the Texas Roadhouse were Amazing! The best I've ever had! 5 stars☆☆☆☆☆

Loved the cactus blossom. Everything here is fantastic. The steaks(not top shelf) are definitely worth the price. Even the sides are great here. Mash potatoes are smooth as silk and the complimentary bread is light as a feather. I'm definitely going here again. They can do a little better in the customer service department. The hostess who received us made us wait an extra 20 minutes because of a seating mess up. Instead of an apology, we were asked if we want to be seated or leave in a rude tone.
