I have been craving texas roadhouse for a long time. Rattlesnake bikes did not disappoint very spicy. They are so good. Also for appetizer I got killer ribs were so meeting fall off the bone good. Service was awesome, The young lady was great. Not crazy about food. Table of 8 and we all complained about the food But the young lady was on the ball all the time with water, drinks and food or whatever we needed. They were really busy that day so maybe that is why the food was not so great. Gravy was horrible tasted like it had diesel fuel in it. Our entire experience was amazing! It was also our first. The food was delicious, full of flavor and didn't take long. The manager came up and asked how it was going and how our food was. Good food is one thing but great customer service is something that can't be bought! We will definitely be returning! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Wasn't greeted when we came in, were told to stand in line (was only asked party size, no name and had to physically stand in line with other guests) despite having multiple hosts and a working reservation system standing at the counter, got cut in front of in the line for seating, finally got sat and got served a very greasy and disgusting appetizer plate. If you get any mixed drink and don't get a "kicker", expect a big glass of syrup. The manager ignored us and asked every table around us how they were doing but walked right by us.
