The female manager has zero customer service skills. Five families in the whole restaurant on a Saturday night yet the manager still has the audacity to be rude disrespectful to the people that actuall visit the establishment. Good luck when you are unemployed because Fridays closes and you can get a job because your rude Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $100+ Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Got seated but sat there with my family over a half hour with no server..not to mention it was very slow that day. So what did I do got my family and started walking out the door.. The server who seated up said have a great day see u next time LOL as if we ate. Smh never again.

Spent Christmas here with the family. Bill came out to about 130$ while we got a difference of variety and I got my whole family’s opinion. Overall. The Chicken meals. The burger. The Fajitas. The Steak and some sides . Everything was pretty much over done or dry and no seasoning beside the basic Sat and Pepper. And that’s crazy cause we were the first table for Xmas . So we are blessed and wanna just give my opinion cause everyone taste is different. Just needed more juiciness to it and plumpness. Chicken appetizer was over cooked and hard should have been perfect for $18! Staff was right there when you needed them due to two people sitting at the bar with us. Great atmosphere. Very clean and organized. The customer service is extremely on point here. This is the best AppleBee’s I’ve been to. Michelle the waitress is absolutely awesome. Mark is a wonderful manager.

The servers here are amazing. Me and my friends know all of them and they make us laugh everytime we are there. The food is usually great and the atmosphere is good. I have some great memories here with friends. Also endless apps is amazing.
