The food here is always faultless and the service always good. On my most recent visit, I took my two closest friends and we were served by Ella, who blew us away. She was completely attentive, generous and friendly without ever being overbearing and made our brunch the best experience we could have hoped for. If you want good food, look no further than TBK; if you want a dish that sounds small and unusual but turns out to be huge and delicious, order the cream cheese naans; and if you want good service, it’s pretty much guaranteed from any of the staff I’ve encountered, but if you get a table attended to by Ella, you’ll be all set for an impeccable dining experience. The quality of food here is quite good. I find the menu slightly overpriced but it's not a bit deterrent. The atmosphere however is too dark amd cramped for my liking. While the lighting and decor are probably right for an evening meal, for a brunch or a breakfast it feels very dark all around. The table and sitting arrangements are also quite cramped and makes for a slightly uncomfortable sitting. They are perhaps always understaffed and overbooked so it takes longer waits than usual to get serviced. The staff are quite friendly though so you don't feel ignored. It's just a matter of how busy they are. Finally parking - be careful. If you don't park in the two slots that are allocated to them, you are most likely going to get a parking ticket. So a little disappointed if I’m honest. This place was recommend to me by a friend and I had high hopes before arrival. So our waitress was lovely and apologetic throughout our visit which was appreciated. However, once we had ordered we waited over an hour for our food. After we had ordered the waitress made us aware they were short staffed but we had already ordered our food and drink. When the food came, my order was wrong so had to wait even longer after my mrs started eating. When my food turned up I was very disappointed. The burger was soggy with no flavour and my Mrs meal the same if not worse (dry, cold, no flavour). Now i dont mind paying good money for good food but the bill for 2 meals and 2 drinks was £40 so i expected quality and quick service which we didn't receive. Then to top it off I paid for a rice crispy square before we left and later found out I was charged £6 for which looking back now seems wrong as the lady behind the bar seemed flustered and unsure about what to charge? I’m so impressed with the food quality here we came in on Friday was greeted by a lovely girl with Brunette hair who thankfully was able to get us in even though they were more or less fully booked. . We had the eggs benditct and we were very happy with our meals. The staff are absolutely lovely the atmosphere made our visit even more special and you can tell care has gone into the making of the food can't wait to visit again and will be recommending to friends and family.
