A young blonde female was mopping, then stopped to take my order without washing her hands. Unsanitary service. I know it was only a cup of coffee but she still had to touch the lid that I have to put my lips on. No one should ever go from mopping to touching anything they have to give to a customer. I don't believe I'm being too picky either, it's just good customer service to wash hands if you're using a mop. I ordered on 2/22/24 at approximately 11:00 am. This use to be my favorite place but they constantly run out of whipped cream and they discontinue good drinks. Please keep your whipped cream stocked its super annoying.

This is my go-to place! I love their Chai Latte and Jalapeño/Cheddar Bagel. I'm not a coffee drinker, but do occasionally enjoy their Vanilla Ice Blended. Looking for a change from the other coffee brands . This place is a great place to go. Friendly staff, haven't had any issues with orders, and great tasting coffee, teas, etc.
