I cannot recommend The Coffee Roaster enough. Not only do they have wonderful coffee (I just set up a subscription for the Cold Brew blend because we drink it year round), but their customer service is amazing as well. If you ever go into the store, they are friendly and helpful and you can get a free cup of coffee to leave with. Additionally, I was experiencing an error on the website when trying to setup my subscription. I sent an email and was responded to immediately. Vince was kind and helpful, willingly troubleshooting with me until I was able to place my order. Thank you for having a great product and the service to match it!

So glad to have found such a great roastery here in Nebraska.
The selection, quality and freshness is outstanding.
Combine all that with top notch service, and you've got a winner.
Very much enjoying the medium roast Chiapas beans...so tasty.
I'll be seeing you guys on our next trip to the big city.

I made an order online for a Valentine’s Day gift, and it was ready in like 45 minutes which is amazing. Super fresh, I could still feel the heat from the beans through the bag when I picked it up.

These people were so nice! I was on the hunt for a last minute Christmas gift so I slammed the turn signal down and zoomed into the turning lane when I saw a local-looking coffee place. Their customer service was top-notch, they were so personable! They had a coffee brewed today that had nutty hints to it (nutty coffee is my fave). They gave me a free sample cup to try. The coffee was super smooth and delicious. I almost bought the 4 pack sampler box! Anyway, with all the big box stores I’ve been in the last month, it was so nice to be treated so nicely by lovely strangers who just met me! A++ on coffee and friendliness!
