Went for our anniversary and had a marvelous time. Our waiter, Noah, was a gem and the Thursday date menu option was perfect. We had the flaming turtle for dessert which was to die for. One note- it is a historic building and the accessibility inside is not great- lots of stairs. But they had outside seating (winterized covered “bubbles”) that look comfortable. Food...5 Stars Service...5 Stars Atmosphere...5 Stars Price...apply for a bank loan Went for Valentines Day last night, just my wife and I. They had a special menu prepared, You get a cheese fondue appetizer to start, and we added a charcuterie board with meats for $15.00. Next, you get a salad. Really good house salad. Now, for the confusing part, we were told to pick ONE entree, and it would be enough food for two people. So we pick the most expensive one with the price tag of $80.00. Then you choose a chocolate fondue for desert. Everything was delicious, and it was an AMAZING dining experience... until the bill. It was actually $80.00 but for the EACH entree...so actually the cost was $160.00...why not put that actual price on the menu? I really wish that was explained better, but what a blow on the whole experience. The total bill was $250.00 with the added in 20% gratuity. Again, this is an amazing experience, but my God, the price is incredibly unreasonable. Service Dine in Price per person $100+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
We had a lovely experience at the Melting Pot! The meal itself was delicious. My only issue with the experience was with the temperature - I understand that the building is older, but it was pretty chilly sitting next to the window. Our server was great and did a nice job explaining everything and even got into the history of the building, which I loved! I’ll definitely be back. Always classy always a good time. The new 1975 cocktail is very elegant. The Valentine's special was spectacular. Some advice though. Don't wait 1 week out to make reservations the weekend before Valentine's day. Lesson learned. Irregardless we still had a wonderful experience. I really enjoy how tender the cuts of meat are every time we go. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $50–100 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Coq Au Vin
A new fun experience for sure. My first time going, I suggest, save your money. I was not impressed. The parking is ridiculous. They have valet, you don't use it, your directed to the back of the very large parking lot. Their booths are fit only for very slim people. If you go and are heavier, request a table. We were not given the option of table or booth. How embarrassing for us to ask to be moved. We are not petite people! The cheese, salad and desert were ok. The entree, not impressed. For the money you pay here, cooking your own Raw food, servers rarely came accept to clear tables or to rush you to change the fondue pots. We ended up over cooking the steak and seafood, again little guidance. Or entree was pretty much a waste. And, we received our bill, 150+ they add kitchen staff surcharges this that and the other. SAVE YOUR MONEY. If you go, I highly suggest a la carte menu Meal type Dinner Price per person $50–100 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

The Melting Pot was a very special way to spend time sharing an event with family members we don't get to see often enough. I loved how it was a long lingering experience. It was really fun making selections for each of the four courses, and also doing a bit of swapping too. Great flavors, a lot of food but didn't feel miserably stuffed, probably because it was consumed slow over almost 3 hours. Very pricey, but worth the splurge at least once! I didn't get many pictures of the food, mostly of my people, so won't post those here, but I couldn't resist a little video of the flaming chocolate turtle fondue!
