The New Inn in Newport is an excellent place to enjoy a meal with family and friends. The staff are friendly and accommodating, always going out of their way to ensure customers have a pleasant experience. The menu has something for everyone, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. The daily deals are great value for money, with four meals and a dessert available for only £15. The wacky warehouse is also a great addition, with the staff there providing excellent customer service. The children had a great time playing in the soft play area, while the adults enjoyed a few drinks. The pub itself is very clean and tidy, with good Covid safety measures in place. The app makes ordering food and drinks easy and efficient. Special mention must go to Lois, Leanne, Rachel, Emily, Isaac and Paul who all provided top-notch customer service. Overall, The New Inn is a great place to spend time with family and friends, with excellent food and service. Highly recommended.
