From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted with genuine warmth and hospitality. The worker up front, Richard, was so knowledgeable and kind and took his time to go through the menu items to help me and my partner find the perfect drink and snack for our visit. I was thoroughly impressed with the drinks and snacks we chose. The macarons were absolutely delicious and the coffee and tea we ordered were made quickly and had great flavor! A few aspects of the cafe that stood out to me were the cozy atmosphere as well as impeccable cleanliness and professionalism of the entire establishment. It's clear that the staff goes above and beyond to ensure that both the cats and the patrons have a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I can't recommend the Pawfee shop enough! What a great cafe and experience. I had Irish Breakfast Tea. There are fun items on sale, perfect for gifts. After buying our items, we went outside and in the next door for the cat lounge. Free WiFi. We had so much fun with all the cats. You can pick up the kittens. That was my son's favorite part. It seems like the cats are well taken care of. The environment is wonderful. Went here for my wife's birthday and absolutely loved it! Wouldn't recommend the macrons. 2.50 each for very low quality. Everything else was good. Loved the fresh fruit and the playtime with the kittens and cats! Tornado was adorable! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I really enjoyed our quick visit here. Although most were sleepy I did get to interact with at least three playful kitties and pet all of them at least once. I love that there is no paying by the hour and a simple $3 donation or purchase gets you as much time as you'd like with them. The bright atmosphere in the cat room is also wonderful. This place went way beyond my expectations. Everyone was welcoming and friendly, the cats were absolutely adorable, the food was great. The cats were a bit sleepy but were still absolutely perfect. Finding out they’re all rescues and available for adoption just makes it better. It’s so inclusive and an amazing safe space. I will absolutely be returning!! The staff were extremely kind, quick, and knowledgeable. The atmosphere they creating both quiet and pleasant. The cats were docile and they had special precautions and warnings to keep cats who were new and scared in comfortable environments to help them adjust. There was no odor in the cat lounge which was very surprising. Staff in the cat lounge were so sweet and polite, letting us know one of the kittens was fed up with people today. I would recommend anyone looking to adopt a cat to come to this place to help support their cause and give a cat a home. It doesn't get much better than coffee and cats! Not only are the employees and atmosphere so welcoming, but the Pawfee Shop is truly there to make a difference. You are able to adopt the cats you interact with at the coffee shop, and it's really just a unique experience. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
