After a terrible experience at a different Harvester we were offered the chance to eat here instead,. The staff were warm welcoming and seems happy to see their customers! We were provided with friendly attentive and perfect service from Krystal! A foreign guest and I went to the Dartford Harvester. Having booked online but, arriving an hour earlier than booked, the manager was most accommodating in securing us a table after we'd had an initial drink at the bar. I asked for a cloth to wipe the table (as items had just been taken away) but the staff member insisted on doing it herself. Brooke was attentive and a really great host throughout. I like Harvester and have been many times. My guest was very impressed with this pub, the food and the 'can do' approach of the staff. The meal was very enjoyable and even the one item that was empty in the salad bar was immediately refilled on request. A really great experience. We went back 2 days after as my guest had left a hat in error. The staff had looked after the hat, and we ate again. Staff throughout were great but special mention was to 'Brooke' who always had the most cutest smile and was great with customers. If I had one improvement comment, it would be for staff to whisper in the ear of parents with rowdy children. to prevent running etc in the food areas. My partner and I visited here this morning for breakfast and were SO impressed by the young lady that waited on us. The lady’s name was Shannon. Shannon was the only waitress at the time and when we were there I counted that she was tending to 28 covers and doing an amazing job of keeping everyone happy. Both our classic breakfasts and latte coffees were served hot and were delicious, compliments to the chef! Good value for money too. This is a really lovely family resturant and often very busy. We hadn't thought to book on a Thursday lunchtime but they managed to fit us in anyway. They are very thorough with allergies which is important to us and much appreciated. This has been our second time served by Lee and we always find him lovely, attentive and welcoming.
