Savory Chicken and Waffles
We actually came here twice, for breakfast and for lunch. The chips and salsa were okay. But the chicken sandwich and shrimp pesto parmesan dish were very good and we definitely recommend them. Breakfast was very good, as well. The chicken and waffles and chicken biscuit sandwich were on point. It is worth trying out.

Savory Chicken and Waffles
The server was one of the best I've ever had in my entire life! The food was superb especially the fried brussel sprouts with tomato bacon jam! I literally can't stop thinking about those brussels sprouts 😍 the homemade brownie was absolutely wonderful as well. Great atmosphere also.

2nd Best breakfast place in New Braunfels 1st is buttermilk, this place reminds me of it..Fresh homemade breakfast,lunch and dinner.A definitely worth a try if you tried buttermilk you definitely wouldn't be disappointed..Its not to big it's just right,Stop by and try that's all that counts.Staff goes out and above for you customers and try the bartenders go all out so you can enjoy a beverage along with a tasty 😋 meal with or without,I as a 16 yrs experience in washing dishes,I definitely make sure you have a clean and sparkly plate along with the great and godsent food on top of it..Enjoy and Welcome to the Root cellar we're grateful to serve you folks, whether you're visiting or staying we're always here and definitely welcome you..
