I have been coming here for YEARS and always had great service. I don't know what has happened to this place but it has gone downhill rapidly, specifically the last couple of months. I always order on the app. A month ago I came in and they were out of peanut butter (the main ingredient of my orders). I asked for a refund but they couldn't do it. I was told to contact customer service. I emailed them twice with no response, so I disputed the charge on my credit card. Last week, I went in to pick up my lunch but they are out of two items. Same thing, no refund. Really sad because this used to be one of my favorite places. Literally ordered daily. Service Take out Meal type Lunch

Ordered a Smoothie and wrap combo, which is just a Smoothie, a wrap and some chips. The wrap was missing ingredients, they gave me the wrong chips and they never gave me the smoothie. Used the Review Site that they linked DAYS ago, still nothing. Service Delivery Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

They were severely understaffed. they were trying their best to get the lunch rush down but it took an hour to get my smoothie out. yall need to help these employees out with more staffed shifts.

Did a mobil order pick up and arrived when my food was suppose to be done, ended up waiting another 15-20 minutes for my food. They forgot one of my chips and my Caesar salad was hot, like the salad was deflated and the spinach and lettuce was cooked down making it not edible. Smoothies were good but I will never order a salad from here again, especially for the price I paid for it. Avoid at all costs. Took 37 minutes to make our two smoothies. On top of that, there appears to be no effort in making the business welcoming. The tables were dirty, all the lights were off and there wasn't music or anything. Just the sound of employees clambering back and forth about the ingredients they didn't have and how to make certain items. Employees were cursing and talking about previous shift employees while the store was compelty silent. There were two people in the store with us and two people came IN THE STORE to cancel online orders due to wait times. A complete waste of 30 minutes and one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a store like this. Save yourself the time and the waste of money. I plan to never visit this store again.
