These pass 3 week been in the one in Columbus ga on whittlesly at least 5 times....1 time yesterday and each time my acai bowl was wrong smh. This one is missing granola and honey...They cost to much to be messing up. Just tried to call and no answer need a discount or a freebie on my next bowl . Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

It's 6pm. As a smoothie cafe, how in the HELL have you run out of cups???? Really? UPDATE 2/17/24: Glitch in app, for some reason my order didn't go thru but my son's did. A female with long burgundy colored braids wrote down my order from my phone & took it to the back. I heard a female yell out: "Did she pay?" In the meantime, a family walks in and places their orders. A few minutes later, a 3rd female with headphones on comes from the back & hands the family a bag. After seeing the confusion & then delight on the family's faces as they started eating, I realized they were eating my food. The person who took my order comes out with part of their order and sees some of the family members eating my food. So, needless to say, I had to wait for my bowl to be redone all over again. This place use to be great but now no one is ever there in the mornings. They are suppose to open at 0700 and sometimes when we come at 0815-0830 the store is still closed. It used to be a great place, but has really declined recently. My last 2 food orders have been prepared incorrectly and the overall quality of the food items has seemed decrease while the cost has increased. My hope is that management will take notice of all the negative feedback provided by customers and make genuine efforts to improve quality and customer experience.

This store is the worse!!! They are never open at 7 as the hours state. I'm sitting here at 7:03 and it's pitch black. There is one employee sitting outside waiting for someone to come and open up. If you don't have the appropriate amount of staff to cover shifts, then shut down!!!
