My family and I came to celebrate my birthday as well as my 2 brothers and everything was great!! Dana was our server and she was so attentive, personable, and helped us with recommending what meals and drinks to get. The chef and a manager even came out (more than once) to make sure we were enjoying our meal. Overall the food was amazing and the atmosphere and service was as well!!! We have not experienced this level of customer service in a very long time. The host was very attentive and made sure we were comfortable during the time we were at the restaurant. Our server Patti was fabulous! She was on top of all the dishes for our large party (birthday group) and was super attentive and informative about dishes quality and quantity. I wish Jacks would provide larger glasses so she wouldn’t have to run back and forth so often to refill our glasses, but she provided service with a smile and was quick to notice when we needed more water! Yall, do not go to this restaurant 😒 it was absolutely disgusting! The cheese wedges and boneless wings were fried in old oil. The wings were dry but mushy from the sauce. They replaced the wings with another shrimp appetizer, however it did come till after we received the food. By that time we didn't want it. The salmon was crispy on the outside but mushy on the inside, risotto was just warm, but a little cold. The meatloaf was smothered in ketchup 😒. The drinks were good, but that's it! We are frequent uncle jack meat house patrons. This location has been our favorite so far. So when our friends came in from, we suggested and they didn’t disappoint. We ordered 2 burgers and they were cooked perfectly. Our food and service was good. We will be back to the location. I enjoyed the atmosphere, I enjoyed the service, especially, since Ivy, the bartender, was just so friendly and kind. What I didn't like so much was the lack the usual beer. You know Heineken, Corona...etc. As for the food, it was okay, I wouldn't be coming back here, because the food was mediocre. My brownie dessert was not cooked, it was tough in the middle. But, I got to say, the mac and cheese was actually good. I find it's something that other places were almost, always a miss. The drinks was as usual, DRINKS!!! The service failed miserably and we never pick on servers. Could be Manager related, but bar, kitchen, and service took forever. We were in no hurry on a Sat evening, but this was ridiculous for as quiet as the resturant was. Maybe telling.
