Ungweiser is pretty near Hedgehog Family Mini-Sculptures. If you have never tried Ukrainian cuisine, you should reserve a table at this restaurant. You can share tasty pizza with your friends and spend a nice time here. In accordance with the visitors' opinions, waiters serve good craft beer, wheat beer or stout. The cosy atmosphere of Ungweiser makes customers feel relaxed and have a good time. This place is recommended for the courteous waitstaff. Prices here are reported to be average. Great beer, especially the scarlet IPA is so tasty, great selection of food and beer snacks (best pickles I had in my entire life, their saltiness really goes along with local horilka) friendly staff, even though the service in the front area, near the entrance, is slower, which is however understandable, as the pub is really large. Slightly bad experience was when I was sitting in the front terrace and a beggar kid was asking me for cigarettes. It's better to sit in the main hall or in the garden in yard, where a funny cat is roaming around :) Toilets are one of the best in Užhorod, a column of urinals and a sit-down toilet separated and lockable.

Hotel (and restaurant) Ungweiser is in very strategic location nearby the center of Užhorod. It takes about 15 to 20 minutes of walk from the train station, so it is not so far, too. The room we stayed in was large enough for us and our luggage. There were slight problems with WC. Stock of the paper was insufficient and we had to ask personel for another roll. The toilet itself was sometime flowing.||After we arrived we found out no one talked English. In the end we made some agreement. We were informed Užhorodians are probably getting up quite late. The hotel breakfast was served after 9 AM and only after 10 AM on weekends – nothing for a day trip to nearby mountains. But the breakfast itself was splendid.||Greatest problem in the Ungweiser hotel were mosquitos however. When we first entered the room we noticed spots on the wall and we obviously created more of them. Hotel is altgough prepared for this and offers air condition in the rooms. Therefore you need not open the window and more mosquitos do not get inside.

Wonderful pub with an excellent selection of draft beers, probably can add more accompaniments. But the live music was great and the crowd was buzzing, the service was great. Located centrally in the city, it's easy to navigate. Overall recommended if you are in the town for the weekend and expect some good music, food and beer.

Positive: Fairly simple, but a clean, decent and inexpensive hotel close to the city centre of Uzhhorod. The hotel is run together with a brewery and they serve good food and beer in a biergarten style setting. Saturday evening, they even had live music with mostly rock and pop from the 80ies and 90ies.. Negative: Language knowledge could perhaps have been a little bit better. Some of the employees spoke very good English, but most of them did not. I guess there are not too many foreign tourists in Uzhorod anyway..

Positive: + Very good location nearby town center and not so far from the train station. + Tasty and large breakfast in price, but... + Air condition in room – meaning we did not have to keep the window open at night and let the mosquitos in.. Negative: - Mosquitos. - Breakfast was fine but it started at 10 AM in the weekend and at 9 AM on Monday. Therefore we were unable to take it on the day we left Užhorod by train at 8:32..

The hotel is quite good as for this price and staying one night. The rooms are small but sparkly clean. You also have a public parking just in front of the hotel. But I would recommend to owner to improve waiters processes and work. Only two or three persons trying to be polite, others even do not pretend that they are making favour for me by serving a beer. Also smoking should be prohibited in such place. Let people smoke outside.

I have been to this restaurant bar many many times and I am surprised I haven't actually done a review on it! It is a must in uzhgorod as this place holds both history and great food. They have amazing dishes and the atmosphere is a perfect pub. To me it also looks like the inside of a ship which is quite cool. The prices are great and the grill is amazing. My favourite dish here is their honey grilled ribs. It is amazing. Unfortunately I do not have any picture as I have been here too many times so I didn't think about taking new pictures.

We came here because colleague recommended. ||First tasting the beer and they were brewed in this place - to be honest more than decent micro brewery beers in this place. ||This was a third restaurant where they make excellent pizza's in this town - this is amazing. They seemingly have talent for pizza's in this town (success rate in Uzhgorod at the moment is 50%).||Service could be slightly better and faster but I have seen worse. ||Nice terrace at the backyard - we enjoyed our pizza's and beers there. ||Will be back in this place for sure.

Good place for short period. Very clean number, all furniture is new, also there are conditioner, hairdryer, towels. A little bit louder by the night, but in other hand you have a great beer bar almost in your number
