I will drive across town for this place. Quality of the shakes and tea are the same each and every time. The customer service is impeccable, it always feels like home. I love the variety and the different options to meet whatever I’m wanting for the day. They have the best waffles on Saturdays and protein donuts and tarts that are the best treat with less guilt lol Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This is my first stop when I visit Upland!! The service is unmatched! The food is delicious and the shakes and teas taste phenomenal, you almost forget that you’re eating/drinking healthy. The crew is phenomenal!! Knowledgeable in their products, quick and friendly service, they make you feel welcomed from the moment you step in the store. I’d 10/10 recommend to everyone! The store is so clean and smells sooo so good when you walk in!! Can’t wait to visit again soon!! I was in complete awww . Upland Nutrition has delightful teas , drinks and a variety of waffles and other treats . That taste delicious and good for you . I love there drink called Greens a healthy plant base drink its a must you gotta try it . the atmosphere is amazing . the owners are friendly and welcoming . they make you fill right at a healthy home .
