It's a Waffle house.....just didn't like the fact that I bought $5 dollars in coins for the jukebox and couldn't hear the music I selected!! Asked if they could turn it up a little...but was told that it was turned down because some other customers complained about it!?!? Never going back to this locationfor sure. This is my local WH and it’s fabulous!! I’m going to just start leaving a new review every time cause it’s always great and always a different great team working. Today Deanne was awesome and the energy of Mikey was off the charts. Cody was new and did an excellent job. I look forward to coming back for my coffee and two egg breakfast. The Benbrook Waffle House is amazing. It is busy but it is happy! The people working there are very respectful, even to each other. You get a cozy, "Cheers" vibe when you walk in! Great Service, I loved this location, food servings are great!!! Gave us our favorite dark roast, other locations don't even though we ask for it, we will make it our favorite place. Updated April 24th 2022. It's changed a bit, we've been a couple more times, dark roast is not even strong at all, our eggs dry (maybe cooks are different of course) but not cheap for nasty eggs,etc. Might stop going to Waffles all together. Updated *July 10 2022*Ladies are so nice, they do try because this place gets pretty busy between 10 and 12 am. We had great service today, our dark roast was great so was our food, prices have gone up. 9-24-23 Great and fast service today!! Once again, good food, great service. This particular spot is a good one. Had a great omelette with my favorite hash browns anywhere. Very clean and no drama. The staff is super nice too. This waffle house is awesome no wonder they are packed. If an item you want isn't on the menu ask the server if they have it because the menu doesn't have enough room for all of their items for example cheese steak omelette. Omelettes aren't on the menu but they still make them and they are delicious. The staff is all smiles and full of cheer even when store is packed. Definitely one of the better Waffle House's. Sorry for lack of pics food was so good I had it eaten before I could take a pic but did get current menu.
