Worker didn’t speak much English. Frustrating trying to communicate ab cake for my daughter but she said she was helping out. I ended up picking a cake that was premade and she wrote greeting on cake. Handwriting wasn’t very good but she tried.

Ordered my mothers birthday cake sunday (2/26) night online. Sent my boyfriend to pick it up today (Thursday 3/2), which is her birthday. He was told “oh i guess the bakery guy forgot to do it” and we were refunded our money. Had to buy a different cake for double the price.
