Clients don't highly appreciate chicken nuggets and lemonade at this fast food. Wendy's is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. You will like average prices. It's a nice place with the lovely atmosphere. But google users haven't given this place a high rating.

I go here pretty often and the food is always great but it’s always something with this place oh we are only accepting card, or cash or only Mobile orders ,, or we only have sandwiches! It’s just always something an it’s the only Wendy’s close by! Definitely frustrating! Hopefully things will get better! I usually love this Wendy’s they make great food are great with special requests, staff is normally awesome but lately everything is so confrontational. I placed an order tonight they didn’t hear 1 item, no problem right? Well no once I paid I realized I didn’t get charged for 1 item, I let them know and it was an instant issue, the girl at the window basically told me no one in the restaurant heard you so you didn’t order that and that no I could not just pay to add the 1 item I would need to renter the line and do that separately, I was so taken aback by the sheer anger coming from the employee I don’t know if was a bad night but I just agreed I would go around and left. It was very upsetting that I basically got yelled at for trying to fix a mistake. I know when I said it they had asked questions about the item before the last so it’s completely understandable they didn’t hear me and I would be okay if going back around was apart of policy but the interaction left me very uncomfortable and was completely unnecessary.

It takes almost 1 hour just to place an order, they always have very lazy employees, just wait because the food was for my children. But I don't return to that place again. It's the worst.

The lines are always rapped around the building and the orders are always wrong. If you want to add to your order you have to re-enter the long drive around line. They take orders and then have you pull over and park. They do this to make themselves look good on paper. Today Tuesday January 30th 2024 at 5:30 pm was the last straw. Thirty minutes waiting for 4 burgers and 4 fries is ridiculous. The manager needs to learn how to relate to paying customers. Price per person $30–50 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Not the best service. It always takes so long to get food from this location and the orders are sometimes wrong. We usually do drive thru but one day we decided to go inside in hopes for better and faster service and boy were we wrong. We waited about 20 minutes at the FRONT of the line just to get someone to take our order. They were more focused on taking orders from the drive thru and mobile orders that I guess they forgot they also had people in the restaurant that they had to take of as well. It suck’s having pregnancy cravings and wanting this food and for this location to be the closest to home. But I’ll rather drive 20 minutes longer than to have to deal with this horrible service. I'm especially giving this 4 stars because of the cool guy who brought our food to our car😁 Seriously though, we ordered pretzel Baconators, and they were good, BUT they really need to squeeze the grease out of thier burgers better. They were SOOOOO greasy! They're gonna give an old gal a heart attack. Otherwise, the food was hot and fresh. Props to them for disinfecting thier dine in area. I can appreciate that. I usually go for the chili and nuggets. The food is ok, but the customer service is unbeatable, lol. I always use the drive-thru and the younger man is always so "chill" and the older gentleman is very humble, personable and funny!
