We waited THIRTY MINUTES FOR OUR MOBILE ORDER. This is so unprofessional. We will NOT be returning here. Waited THIRTY minutes just our food to be served to us COLD. They made us wait on our mobile order because they had multiple mobile orders and wanted to "bring them all out at once." I hope the franchise owner sees this. This makes absolutely no sense as to why they wouldn't bring each order out as it got ready aside from the fact that they were too lazy to walk outside for each order. Ordered ahead and still got parked for 15 minutes with about 5 other cars. No one responded at the speaker for a few minutes so I pull up to the window and the woman cut me off mid sentence multiple times.
