The truth is that you will really like good hamburgers, bacon and onion strings. That's a good idea to order tasty biscuits and perfectly cooked pancakes. Here you can drink good tea or good coffee. This fast food is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. But google users rated Whataburger and it didn't get a high rating.

My recent breakfast at Whataburger was a satisfying experience, particularly with their breakfast sandwich. The sandwich was a hearty combination of fluffy eggs, savory bacon or sausage, melted cheese, and toasted buns. I went to this location on Feb 18 because I was craving a breakfast burger on a jalapeño biscuit. At first, I was a little early...it was 10:45pm and I knew I might have to wait. I asked at the drive through speaker if I absolutely had to wait until 11:00pm to get a breakfast sandwich. I didn't get a pleasant response at all. I got a "Nah, we won't do that before 11:00." That wasn't really a problem for me so I decided to wait in the parking lot for 15 mins(really not a big deal for me.) So 11:00 rolls around and I pull up again. I try to order my desired Whataburger sammich. I get this combination at Whataburger restaurants all over the metroplex regularly, but at this location the lady operating the drive through speaker refused to make this substitution saying that they could not do it. I mentioned that I get this at other locations all the time, but she still flatly refused insinuating that I am stupid and this simply can't be done at Whataburger. I didn't feel like arguing after already waiting a quarter of an hour for this delicious sandwich so I took my business West down 66 across the lake to Whataburger 806, as my receipt indicates their store number is. They made my Breakfast Burger (Sub jalapeño cheddar biscuit) with no arguments whatsoever. This is unfortunate because I live on the East side of the lake and would prefer to drive less than half the distance when I want this food, but I guess I have to go across the lake. #SadFace Note: See how they don't even charge for the substitution? Don’t go here. Service is terrible. I ordered in drive in. Pulled up paid and was finally asked to move up. People behind me getting food. When I finally got mine it was cold and drink was watered down. Don’t go here

Terrible. Always so slow. Today I've already waited 10mins for the curbside order. One day I saw the lady that takes the drive thru orders, front orders, curbside orders,(yes they put her to do everything); and all this while she was fixing her own personal food/drink and literally suckling on her fingers while at it. Rowlett City Health, where are you? I counted at least 7-8 Food Management certificates which are USELESS if the knowledge isn't applied. Service: 1

This truly is the worst Whataburger in Texas. The orders are wrong 99% of the time and the quality is garbage. It’s been like this since it opened and at this point it’s stupid to think it will change. The only redeeming thing about it is Taja. You never know what to expect to get here it all depends on who's work some ppl care more than other to serve you good hot food while other don't give 2 hoots as to serving hot appropriate food when you get your food that has no effort in preparing it shows, not to mention food seems to be old like it's sitting too long its not made to order that's for sure food not warm either no heat detected bought burger and fry the other day burger was fine fries were old and very cold they seem stale not good 🤢 if I wanted cold breakfast I could've eaten cereal and milk.. why Wait for cold food, what was the wait for 🤷‍♀️ Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

$30 for two burgers. It’s Whataburger okay. 20 minute wait in drive through after being told they were out of chili for chili burger. Okay it’s still good because it’s Whataburger. Worker with attitude at the window and the store is OUT OF KETCHUP!!??? What the actual Whataburger?? Bad form. Y’all should lead with “Thanks for considering us, we are out of ketchup”. Would have saved me $30 and 20 plus minutes of. my life I can never have back. Do better. 🙄🙄🙄 Food: 1 Service: 1

Never once have I ordered from this location without having a problem. 100% of the time, they leave out items from my order. The most recent time, I ordered three meals, each with a large order of fries, and I also ordered the family fries box. The order came without any fries at all. We called the restaurant and customer service numerous times, but nobody answered the phone. I ended up having to report the transaction as fraud because they refuse to even acknowledge the problem. Given the exorbitant prices and unreasonable wait times at Whataburger, it's absolutely not worth another moment of my time to continue buying their food if they're going to require that much extra time and effort from me every time I place an order.
