There was a line to take my order. I finally ordered my to go order at the drive through. I received my order and left to go home. When I arrived at home, my order was totally incorrect. Great coffee for a cheap price. The food (usually) is good for fast food but that coffee is the stuff I truly crave. I live closer to the Covington location but would rather come here. That and the woman who (again, usually) makes it is very kind and courteous. This is a very good location and if you crave White Castle, this place will do you just fine. So… I came on Valentine’s Day when there is decorations and a lot of people. But if you get (anywhere) you should have your food with an hour and a half. That was not here. I waited for that long and was very hungry. While waiting one of the staff members walks out on bad terms with the rest of the restaurant. When I was waiting for 4 plain cheeseburger’s (because I am allergic to pickles) I get the cheeseburgers and they are loaded. The seating area was dirty, and so was the counter near the soft drink machine. Several employees work, and most of them were just talking and not working. Let’s be honest, it’s White Castle and this location is very understaffed. That being said, my last visit ended with a case that had 10 castles with cheese and the rest with jalapeño spicy cheese and missing fries for all. The food we got though tasted great.
