I had a terrible experience at The White Horse Tavern and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! The service was very slow due to being understaffed, I loud group of people were cursing and swearing, my friend ordered cod and he got another type of fish. I could tell it definitely wasn't cod. The manager took no action! Price per person $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

The pizza looked and smelled amazing but the flavor was horrific the dough definitely was not freshly made taste store brought and pizza was just all around bad sorry but just bad!!

Food quality and service is extremely hit or miss. Sometimes their food is absolutely amazing, sometimes it's subpar and not the greatest. Same with the service. I will say however, their Stromboli and drinks they make are really really good.

I had not been here since I was 9 almost 40 years ago when my Dad and I came up from Texas to meet my Uncle John. I remembered this place for all these years and walking in, the corner room and table seemed a little smaller but this place still leaves a lasting impression. It doesn't seem to have changed much but doesn't seem outdated. If you are coming to the area, you need to check out this place. They have great pizza according to everyone else I saw but I had to try the Flint Style coney Island dogs I had tried years before. They were exactly like my Dad used to make, perfect in every way. I will come here as often as I can every time I come to town. Clean bathroom s. Super cold beer as well Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Pizza and Stromboli

I really enjoyed the old tavern vibe of the place (not the place for you if you a like bright, well-lit atmosphere) and the service was good. My grilled cheese was overcooked, however, and some of my fries were cold and others were hot. My boyfriend enjoyed his club sandwich. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

First time dinning at the White Horse Tavern. We stopped in with a friend after a day of exploring the area. Service and food was excellent! My burger was cooked to order and the fish and chips was very good. We don’t get in the area very often but we will be repeat customers! I definitely recommend the White Horse Tavern!
