OK good, service, and ambiance. I would go back if someone suggested it. I had Banh mi — house special and I wish I had just got the regular pork sandwich but here we are. The Banh Mi Had lots of specialty meat products on it. I parked a couple blocks away because there wasn’t anywhere in the vicinity but eburg is safe and walkable so it’s nbd. Good vibes, delicious food, and great portions. I was so excited when I heard about this place. I've been missing Vietnamese food and the food here almost beats out my fav Seattle spot. Idk why ppl complain about price when I've spent just as much for lower quality and smaller portions at nearby restaurants. Let's be real, this whole town is overpriced, you have to drive 45min for affordable prices. One thing that does ring true is the service being a bit slow but they had one person running dining, to-go, answering phones, and working the boba bar. Of course it's going to take a bit but if you have the patience, still worth a visit! Being short staffed aside, our server handled everything really well and was pleasant and helpful. I didn't get milk tea but considering how many walk ins they got during the hour and 1/2 we were there, I'd say it's pretty good! The Tofu Vermicelli was amazing with big tofu pieces, and fresh flavorful ingredients. My friend loved his Tia Tea and beef soup. I look forward to visiting again! This is one of my top two restaurants in all of Ellensburg. Are they expensive? Yes. Is their food and drinks some of the most delicious I've ever had? ABSOLUTELY! I've been here countless times. I've ordered the Vietnamese spicy beef noodle soup, their yellow curry, and a huge variety of their Bahn Mi sandwiches. I've been meaning to try more of their menu, but these dishes are so good that I keep ordering them! Pictures with this review is the Vietnamese beef noodle soup. This is a soup with a rich, spicy broth, plenty of noodles, and oodles of beef, Vietnamese ham, and Vietnamese sausage. It also comes with a huge plate of veggies to add to your heart's content (I love to add the cabbage and some of the jalapenos, while eating the bean sprouts on the side!). And of course, how could I forget my drink, which was this restaurant's original call to fame. I got a Taro milk tea with taro whipped cream and mochi! Absolutely delicious. Again, expensive, at about $8 a drink with toppings, but absolutely worth it as a treat. All their drinks are wonderful, including their iced teas, smoothies, and hot drinks. (My "secret" order is a hot Okinawa green tea! It's such a pick-me-up on a cold day.) The atmosphere is amazing, with a modern interior filled with plants of all shapes and sizes! You can tell how much the owners care by the sheer number of plants they're able to keep thriving in the restaurant. There's also a cool fish tank. The one part of this restaurant that isn't so stellar is their service. It can take a while for the waitress to come around and take your order, and it's rare for them to come by and refill your water when you need it. This is because the waitresses are also the ones making the drinks for the to-go customers, so I can't really blame them. It doesn't bother me that much, but I know some people care more about slow service, so I'm noting it here. I love this restaurant. Ellensburg is blessed to have such amazing Asian food here. Beautiful decor and DELICIOUS drinks the Boba is most recommended I went for my birthday and it was the BEST!!!. I love the Cow Kids on the wall and all together it was AMAZING!!!. The food was good and the staff was nice and it's one of my favorite places to go for celebrating things!!!! Delicious food, Amazing drinks and Awesome staff!!!!!!!!! Hours are wrong. Drove all the way into town looking forward to pho for 50 miles only to discover they were closed. Owner replied that I somehow went to the wrong location. Not only is that insulting it's an outright lie. Google said they had been open for an hour and not only was no one in the place but boxes were stacked by the door. The paper hours said 11 am and we arrived at 10:30. I love to try and support pho places but after this gaslight response from the owner I will never give this place another chance and neither should you. ZERO STARS Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
