I understand being busy, but I was given the wrong sandwich. When I took it back in (no line), the cashier didn't want to acknowledge me and gave no apology for the mistake. They just pulled it out of the lil baggy and slapped on some cold cheese and bacon and shoved it back in the lil bag. And just so Zaxby's know, a CLUB sandwich has bacon, lettuce, and tomato, not just cheese and bacon. Next time, I'll stick to the Cajun club, which is an actual club sandwich. They gave me only ten fries and they were raw/uncooked , also unseasoned after i asked for extra seasoning. They didn’t give me the extra seasoning on the side either . Disappointing experience at the drive thru . Not the first time they give me bland unseasoned fries but to also barely give me 10 raw fries on top of that is unsatisfactory. Julie was wonderful and patient. I had my daughter in line with me and she is very hyperactive. Julie was patient and genuinely didn’t seem bothered by it at all. She gave my daughter two cookies and took our order perfectly. I work customer service as well and understand the importance of people just like her.
