Doughnuts
I really like this place. The location is great, friendly people and decent food. I just wish they didn’t have so many options. There is way too many things to choose from. I do commend them for coming up with all the flavor ideas and such. But maybe pick 5-6 items and then make them extremely special. You don’t really need all the crepes/waffles and cakes. You are a doughnut bar, make sure people know you for exactly that. When you think about a doughnut, especially a Berliner doughnut, they are supposed to be a soft, airy cloud. But these doughnuts are flat and quite chewy and with all the toppings and flavors, you lose the taste of the doughnut itself.
I lived in the USA for a few years and tried to go to as many doughnut places as I could. The ones that were the best were the places that focused on one or two items and made them the best. Those places do extremely well and are known all around the world for it.
