We wanted a good sandwich, not a chain-store variety. This was easy to find, had good try, and a menu everyone could like. Located in an historic building in downtown Laramie Wyoming, and we even could eat outside on picnic tables.
My Reuben sandwich was excellent! Wonderful marbled rye bread, thick, warm, melty Swiss cheese!!! My husband enjoyed BLT, also on marbled rye, lots of good bacon. He had a great potato salad, and I loved my green salad. Highly recommend!

Yummy!! Great food, atmosphere and friendly staff. The only complaint I have is that i wanted to order more than one sandwich. They all looked great. Great Mac and cheese. Can even make it your way and Vegan. Would highly recommend!!

Okay Laramie, I see you! I definitely did not have high expectations for this country town and wow did this not only exceed expectations but I’ll be dreaming about the house made jalapeño bun my veggie burger was on. The salads are huge and worth sharing. Highly recommend!

Locally owned deli with a limited but good menu. I had the Bombay Spinach salad with pan-fried chicken, nuts, and dried fruits. Fresh crispy spinach and well flavored chicken made this a great lunch salad. Friendly staff and a nice local vibe.

My wife and I are currently making our way through the entire menu. Each meal has been great. The black bean burger and clam chowder has been my favorite so far. Great food, great service and a relaxed atmosphere.

Visited on the Sat after Thanksgiving... Holy, Moly were they busy!! I know now why!!
Macaroni and cheese (added bacon, yum!!) Was a show stopper!! Absolutely delicious!!
Salads were worth every dollar and I never think that... Sandwich wasn't our favorite, but still good.
Even though they were busy, totally worth the wait!! Love the open kitchen so you can see how hard they're working... it increases patience!!
One complaint... PLEASE get a heater for inside the door!! Everytime it opened (again, busy!!) it froze us out!!
Still, highly recommend!!! Absolutely worth every cent!!🥰

I just really wanted a salad. I wanted a big salad that would make me feel healthy. I wanted a salad that would make me feel like I was part man, part vegetable. I wanted a salad that bigger than my torso. And 2nd street delivered! Just got a chef salad, and lemme tell you: it was enormous and delicious! Seriously, if you want to feel like a healthy vegetable-person, hit them up!

It's hard to get a decent salad in Laramie, but the 2nd Street Deli fills that gap. Service was fast, food was great. They also have great sandwiches. I would recommend.
