Great food. There is a line every night, but was not bad today (Wednesday at opening.) And line moved quickly. Lots of people working and helping to tell you where to line up, take orders, keep things moving. The desserts are amazing. The burrito, cracked chicken and fries, and dirty dog were all excellent. And the 303 sauce and garlic sauce are both a hit! All to go, no place to eat.

Let me just say THE HYPE IS REAL! This place is IT! We ate at a few hotspots on the strip and in the Venetian Hotel and none of them can compare to the VALUE you get from 303. Their service is outstanding! The food is smackin’ - taste and presentation are all there. And their prices, wow, I surely did pay a lot more for food that tasted just as good. Our favorite was the Crackin Chicken Fries with the 303 sauce. And the Tiramisu was thick, flavorful, and damn good. We will surely come back here when we visit again.

Dirty Dog Philly Cheesesteak
Let me tell you something... Flavors stacked on flavors stacked on flavors! My mouth is watering as I write this review, reminding myself how freaking delicious this amazing place is. The green chicken chicken burrito wet is packed with great taste. The Philly cheese steak hot dog is just booming with flavor. Crackin fries with fried chicken breast are so tender, fresh, hot, and crunchy. Everything is freshly cooked to order. Cheesecake and the Tiramisu are theeeeee absolute best dessert in Las Vegas. You can not find these two desserts anywhere else more delightful. Lemonade was sugary but went down smoothly. The owner was very personable, the line moves fairly well, and the chefs know exactly what they're doing. I'll be back soon!

Dirty Dog Philly Cheesesteak
Saw this place all over my fyp on TikTok and made a last minute decision to try it out, and I 100000% made the right choice! The owner went out of his way to talk to every customer in line and asked for back story of everyone he spoke to. The lady taking orders was sweet, knowledgeable, and extremely patient. The amount of food you get is insane! You could easily share the dishes with someone! The prickly pear juice was so good! 10/10 recommend & plan on coming back the next time I’m in town! Worth every penny!

Crackin Fried Chicken Fries
Traveled to Vegas from NJ and 303 was at the top of our to do list. The food is phenomenal and the owner is super nice along with his employees. Will definitely be back, maybe tonight LOL. We got the burrito, cheesesteak, chicken fries, tiramisu, and cannoli. It was all incredible and super fast/friendly service. Go check them out, it’s well worth it.

Crackin Fried Chicken Fries
I got the cheesecake in the cut style after seeing Keith Lee recommend it and it was delicious! It's fluffy and not overly sweet and the berry jam is a great complement to the richness.
I got there right as they were setting up and the staff were friendly and gave a good overview of the options.
It seems like a great option for late night food.
It's located outside a gentleman's club but we were able to park and just go to the truck.

inside my burrito with chicken, beans,🫘 & rice.🍚 it was so good with French fries with the cheese sauce on top of my fries . Philly cheesesteak, cheesecake sandwich, and TIRAMISU All of it I give it a 10 out of 10. It was so delicious. if you live in Las Vegas and never heard of them before, stop by and check them out. #303inthecut at 4120 spring mountain Rd las vegas nv 89102. You can't miss it. you will see a long line outside 7pm to 1am sometimes they will sell out . the food is awesome. the customer service is incredible.

Great foods, have long lines. Hiding in the cut in the corner of Spring mountain and Wynn in a Small food truck. You will find this is comparable the late night good local eats. Not fine dine but 5 star food you’ll never find in those fancy restaurants. Seasoned food, fresh made, fresh made sauce, original flavors nothing like it.

A great place right in the heart of China Town! Expect a line because this place is busy! The owner greets you as you wait, and shows how grateful they are for you business! A small but hearty menu will satisfy your cravings! They don’t open until 7 pm but are open late and have plenty so don’t worry about them running out. This is a great place to try. We got the deep fried hot dog with Philly cheese steak topping and the cracking fries and the burrito! So much food but oh was it delicious! Highly recommend. Oh and they make there own desserts from scratch! Don’t forget to grab one!
