You HAVE to try this restaurant is you are on Alegria! We stayed at 3B beach resort and what a gem it was! The food is cooked fresh from order but it was worth the wait. Proper home cooked food is such a treat when you have been travelling. I would recommend the Chicken Curry and the specials they have. Karl rebuilt the resort after the typhoon and has made it feel like home to those who visit. A perfect spot on the beach and they have some beautiful dogs. What more could you want? 🤗

Great location right on the beautiful Alegria beach. At the moment (early 2024) the only venue there on the beach so you cannot miss it. We had a very tasty banana shake. Cannot judge the food quality but there are very interesting German bratwurst and kartoffelsalad as menu options.

It's a NO!!!
I really don't understand what is with this great review for this restaurant but I will tell you our experience:
4 hungry persons.
We ordered 1. A chicken burger with fries. 2. A chicken curry. 3. Pork sosig. 4 chicken sisig.
The waitress camed after 5 minutes with something and she said it's a FISH BURGER.
We corrected her and told her that we wanted a CHICKEN BURGER. But we felt bad, and I said that i will eat the fish burger because I was very hungry, but to also bring a chicken burger with fries for the person who ordered this thing already. I started to eat the burger, and after 2 minutes the waitress came back and told us the gish burger it's actually a chicken burger. We said ok, but bring also the extra chicken burger.
After I ate the chicken burger, the fries camed 🤣🤣.
Then the waitress camed after another 10 minutes with the order for the others, all the food it was very sour, not good at all.
People were very hungry so they started to eat the food sour.
The person who ordered the chicken burger actually, asked the waitress where is her burger!? And the waitress said: ouu, did you want another burger?
WHAT THE HECK!!!???
DON'T GO THERE GUYS.. FOOD NOT GOOD, PRICES ARE BIG, NO ATMOSPHERE, no nothing...
There is no soap at the rest rooms, even if whe asked for soup...

We had to pay a fee to enter the property (10php/person). We waited an hour for our food & drinks. Also, I wouldn’t drive all the way up to the north to see Alegria Beach, for us it wasn‘t worth it.

We accidently found this small resort on our trip across the island. Beautiful location at the beach. Food was good quality.
The owner seems to cherish his customers, as he had time for a little chat with everyone.
Next time in Siargao, we will stay there also.
Just a short drive from the airport.

My friends and I ate here because it was the only restaurant available in Alegria Beach. We had a VERY BAD experience with them. They served the food late, they prioritized foreigners, and they gaslit us when we raised a concern na may LANGAW yung chicken adobo nila. They said dumapo ba yung langaw after maserve o may langaw talaga yung food na pagalit. First of all, we paid for the food. And why the hell would we raise that concern if it was not true???
I don't recommend this resto for locals (pinoys) because you'd really feel na mas priority nila foreigners. Pinapasingit sa pagorder and mas nauuna iserve foreigners.
Most importantly I hate the fact that they got angry at us dahil sa langaw eh gutom na kami nun. Do better. Sinigawan pa nila local driver namin nun na hinehelp kami iraise concern pero forda smile smile sa foreigners.
This is the only resto we had a bad experience with in Siargao. Every other resto was welcoming and accommodating.
EDIT: The owner really treats their customers horribly and even accuses us of not wanting to pay. WE NEVER ASKED FOR A REFUND, MIND YOU. 👎👎👎
