8 CEPAS, Cachiche is an excellent restaurant located in Ica, Peru. It offers a wide variety of delicious dishes and cocktails. The staff is friendly and attentive, with special mention to Meylam, Raul and Mili who provided outstanding service. The atmosphere is pleasant and cozy, perfect for a family gathering or a romantic dinner. The food is delicious, with a great selection of typical Peruvian dishes such as Sopa Seca and Chicharrón de Chancho. The cocktails are also excellent, especially the Sexy Colada and the Frozen de Maracuya. The prices are reasonable and the restaurant complies with all safety protocols. Highly recommended!
