I love shopping here, everyone is friendly and very helpful. Lots of great tasting juices and well stocked on everything else. I also appreciate their honesty, when they haven't tasted a juice they tell me they haven't tried it before.

The it’s extremely knowledgeable about the products but it’s actually due during this Covid incident I don’t even have the common courtesy to say hi to the first words of them out there’s a need to get out if you don’t have a mask to me that is considered rude and polite to somebody so should I plan on keeping the business I’m running to people that have already been vaccinated or is in capable of getting vaccinated or is in capable wearing a mask because of asthma or stuff like that I can keep their buildings to enter the store with that situation because both the CDC and the governor had placed a mask on it but at the same time if you are asthmatic and then come required to wear it or if you have been vaccinated required to wear a mask or if you already have the antibodies is not required to wear a mask these people do not understand.

The staff is amazing they are extremely knowledgeable and friendly, the store also has a good selection of products. I would highly recommend for anyone but especially people just getting into vaping

Sold me the wrong part. Told me it was the wrong part. Lady said she thought my wand was one kind and it was actually a different one. Told me she was "really sorry" she was wrong and I had to come back for the second time in an hour. Then, I still had to pay for the correct part because the wrong one had been opened.
I have spent hundreds of dollars there plenty of times with the different set ups I have purchased and the juices I buy for myself and my spouse.

Anyone to give 911 vape less then a 4 star rating are crazy lol. Great selection. Excellent customer service. You have any questions whatsoever they will have an answer for you. They really know their products! Always will come back. Best in town

Everyone there is super friendly and very very knowledgeable about everything in the shop very positive atmosphere i absolutely love this shop i dont see me going anywhere else for vaping supplies or accessories or mods or regular e-cigs awesome wide variety of juice,went back just this past Saturday and they awesome employee stayed 20 mins past close for me and my girlfriend we were buying her ecig and he was more than helpful and nice love this shop

Super friendly and knowledgeable. No big egos or attitudes here. The entire crew will teach u the best way 2 keep ur equipment in top shape and give pointers when u r trying something new for example a different coil build u r attempting for the first time. I will never go anywhere else. They also have a HUGE selection. Love these guys!!!!

These guys are very knowledgeable and super friendly! They are more then happy to explain anything to you, and are excited to have anyone join the vaping community, huge selection of e-juices, and great quality of mods, tanks, RDA's, just everything. Oh and the lounge is a nice touch too!
