I am writing this review after a while because this company actually sapped me of my energy. We needed a simple repair job done and it took over 3 months to get basic things sorted out. They even offered to swop our machine which we were happy about but that also took forever to accomplish.
Absolutely abysmal service, they never call before hand, they never know what's going on in their teams, their staff is rude and they lack basic professionalism and skills of communication. For the amount they charge their standard of service is horrible, please save yourself the money.
BE CAREFUL AND READ THE FINE PRINT! Waited more than a week just for a quote to service my coffee machine. After having to follow-up several times, I eventually received an overpriced quote. Upon rejecting the quote, they robbed me of R586.50 which is a "not accepting the quote fee" they slip in on the doc you sign when delivering your machine. They're to coward to tell you about this fee in person so read the fine print very carefully when doing business with them
This spot is a coffee geeks dream shop. The equipment is another level. They have Nova Simonelli and Victoria Arduino espresso machines and grinders. In the boardroom is even an old machine used in the WBC. Alessandro the owner is Italian and knows his stuff. He is a legend in the SA coffee industry, sits on the Specialty Coffee Association of South Africa board and is often head judge at the SA Barista Championships. They also have a well run and surprisingly reasonably priced repair shop where they do small repairs to complete machine overhauls. From home machines to top end equipmentbtjis is a must visit.
The worse service I have ever received, drop my machine off and after numerous calls asking for a quote and speaking to a gentleman call Charle and him promising me it will be done ASAP
i decided after 6 weeks to and pick up my machine
Only to be told I must pay a quote cancellation fee of R450,
i then got attitude by a guy called Ntokozo Dickson Motshwene who insisted that i pay the fee ,finally some one with a bit of manners approached me and sorted out my frustration
i hope the owners read this and seriously look At there customer service record and realize that at the end of the day that what keeps there business afloat
i would not even give them one star but thanks to Hercules for defusing the situation ,that's more than what they deserve
