Most reviewers have noticed that biscuits here are nicely cooked. If you want to try some good root beer, this fast food is a decent choice for you. Come here and order delicious root beer float. Clients don't like cheeseburgers at A&W. The patient staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. A lot of visitors highlight that the service is professional. But guests rate this place below average on Google.

Honestly it was so nice to finally find an A&W that was overall great!! First we were able to come inside and order and dine. The young man who assisted us was absolutely delightful. He was courteous and went out of his way to ensure we had an amazing visit. He honestly gave the very best customer service that I have longed for. Food was cooked excellent and fast. The lobby was clean and well stocked. This will definitely be my primary A&W that I will be going to. I will happily drive 20 minutes to visit again. Been multiple times as A&W is one of my favorite fast food stops. However almost every time they either forget to give me something I ordered or give me the completely wrong thing (mashed potatoes instead of fries, wrong burger). This latest time we went at 830pm (1.5 hours before they close) and the sign in the drive-thru was unlit (they were still open and asked for my order) and they were completely out of every burger. Loved it. Hadn't visited an A&W in many years. The root beer float was fantastic and my friends had no complaints about the food. The service was quick and orderly. The staff was friendly and helpful. There's also handicap parking. So I'll just go ahead and give these guys my highest recommendation. Please like my review. Thanks

The classic A&W Root Beer was amazing, just like when a kid, however, one hotdog took nearly 10 minutes to serve and there was no beef nor beans in the chili? Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

Overall the place is what you expect - mediocre food that's been overpriced. But last night was the last time I ever decide to grab some late night cheese curds or a gut-wrenching hotdog.. Drove 12 hours home last night. Pulled up to the drive thru, deadbeat exhausted, ordered a coney dog + cheese curds. Was informed they are out of chili, not running the frier, and had already cleaned the grill so I wasn't offered a hamburger either. I asked what they did have available, was told all they had was chicken tenders. Let's see - your frier has been off , and you've been cleaning it to leave early. I'm sure this chicken is 45 minutes old, crusty, and I'm basically being offered the burnt ends of something that's going to be donated or thrown away in about 15 minutes when you run out of the building like children on spring break. No thanks. 👎 not a winner. Try again. Somewhere else gets my money.

Good food, but they closed the lobby. It would be fine if they at least let you come inside to order take out. But instead they force you to go through drive-thru and their parking lot has giant deep potholes. It's dangerous to drive through. So be safe or going to this place is going to cost you a lot in car damage.

The woman blond hair wearing a black and white striped shirt on 7-17-18 was rude. And condescending sounding to the customers. Had a bad attitude. And a man had his order screwed up 3 times. Poor guy couldn't even eat all his food at one time. It is 11:50am I'm waiting on my order. Was watching and I feel bad about this guy and worried about my own meal. She isn't nice to the people she works with. Didn't get her name because she has no nametag on. I would suggest she takes customer service classes. A few people thought she was rude as hell. She also looks at people like they are morons. She needs to change her outlook. Not cool. The register guy was awesome. Just found out she didn't put my cheese curds on my order. She thought it was the register guy that screwed up and then found out she did. Didn't apologize to him at all. Wow.
