I've eaten here several times, and the food and service are always amazing. I've had the brisket, sausage, chicken, chopped beef, rice, beans, corn, barbecue bowl and stuffed potato. We placed a large order over 200 dollars worth, and they forgot to put brisket on 4 of our items. The woman who answered the phone was extremely rude and unapologetic and put down the phone, and refused to talk to us. The gentleman who took over the call was polite. However, they told us to come back to pick up the forgotten brisket. we were 20 mins away, and our lunch break was already over. They then offered to take our names and offer us 4 small cups of brisket at a later date. AAA was our go-to for bbq, and now my shop will no longer be a customer after the rude lack of service. I had the opportunity to have some of this amazing BBQ while visiting my mom in Bishop, TX last summer. Absolutely incredible! Food made with love! I’m back in Bishop and about to head over to get some more! It’s been mo the, the wait is worth it!! Try it out! Placed order the day before to be picked up for a bunch of coworkers, came all the way from NAS Kingsville, picked up order and got back to base to find all orders of loaded potatoes TO HAVE NO BRISKET ON THEM.!!.. and I would have given a better score IF THEY WOULD HAVE OFFERED MORE THAN A SMALL CUP OF BRISKET.!! They wanted my coworker to drive all the way back over there for a SMALL CUP OF BRISKET.?… a refund would of been the better way to go.. $200+ and you can’t even offer a refund.. We ate here for the first time today met the owner's dad. The people here are so friendly the food is delicious the service is great I am looking forward to going back. The food is to die for! The brisket really is out of this world good. Love the BBQ sauce! The staff is wonderful, and they were so very kind to my son who decided to make the BBQ sauce rain from the ceiling...😩😳🫠 They loved their sweet treat at the end! Very good bbq. Tender ribs, meat fell off the bone, good blend of spices in the sausage not a lot of heat. Which is good unless you request a hot sausage. Loved the sides - green beans, mac'n cheese, rice very tasty. So much food in the sampler I saved the brisket & chicken for another meal! Very friendly staff.
