This was absolutely a once in a lifetime visit. The environment and setting was beautiful .. I really enjoyed the orchestra recorded music in the background and chilly weather with a side of the heat lamps. The staff was so great, each of them very kind and super personal. The food requires an acquired taste and you must be interested in alcohol. Overall though, if you have the funds, I would recommend for the experience.

Fancy restaurant with a great patio. We are outside during the winter but they had plenty of propane heaters.
The food was very good. I had a lamb shank with potatoes. Also had a crab cake that was outstanding. Next time I go I’ll probably stick to the seafood.
They have an extensive wine list but the wine is very expensive by the glass for what you’re getting. I had two glasses of one of their less expensive reds and it was still $19 per glass ($38 total).
The service was great. Everyone was helpful and friendly.
There’s free parking in the city parking garage adjacent to the restaurant and the parking garage has EV chargers.

MAMA MIA! Quality & Authentic Italian Cuisine, Lovely atmosphere and superb service places Acqua Di Mare in the top of the Best Italian fare in the Phoenix Area. After waiting 2 weeks from the first available reservation, it was certainly worth it and we cannot wait to return to try more dishes which all looked amazing. Our Server, Drew, was attentive and helpful with personalized recommendations along with the presence of the entire staff including the GM and even The Chef coming by to check on our dishes. The FOOD THOUGH! From appetizers (Ocotopus, Risotto), salads (Caprese, Greek), Entrees (Veal and Truffle Pasta), and Desserts (Tiramisu, Baklava) - EVERYTHING was delicious. Plus, the outdoor seating and convenient location tucked to the side of downtown Chandler helps make this a new favorite date spot which would also be great for groups.

This is an amazing restaurant!! Absolutely incredible. Everything was perfect. Small restaurant with a very romantic atmosphere. The food was delicious! Chef Nikola interacts with every table and is very personable.
New favorite restaurant. My husband ordered 3 servings of the octopus!

This is a great little boutique restaurant in downtown Chandler. Great food, small intimate spot. You'll walk in and get a Mediterranean feel. Great outdoor seating, but it rained the day I was there so we sat inside. I had steak Nicola. My friends had scallops and the tomahawk chop. You can't go wrong here!

I found out about this place on a TickTok video and immediately talked my husband into trying it out for Valentine's Day. We loved it! We did the crab cake, table-side cacio e pepe, meatballs in marinara and baklava for dessert. It was a very cute little place and our server was amazing. Everything was delicious!

We got reservations 3 weeks in advanced and still got outside seating in the cold. When they're trying to fit us inside, it's obvious they prioritize on bigger tables.
The owner yelled at the seaters asking how they can have a fully booked restaurant but have an empty table for over 2 hours. He's not wrong.
They got our order wrong but came out with right order in 3 minutes.
Our table bread already was ripped and not covered. When we were done with our bread, the waiter walked in for 1 seconds and walked back out with a basket of bread at hand. It's suspicious that they re-serve bread between tables.
The food tastes great still. But they are overwhelmed to support the amount of customers with one waiter for the entire restaurant - he's amazing to service the entire restaurant by himself.
We're going to take a break from this place and see if it's better or worse later.

We ate at Acqua Di Mare for dinner at Oct 2023.
The Bruschetta Di Mare had cold bread but the seafood was really fresh! We are some of it with the complimentary bread and olive oil and it was delicious!
The Pocchetti Ala Nikola was amazing. The truffle flavor did not overwhelm the Parmesan cream and pasta flavors. The sauce on it was to die for.
The Tuscan Veal Chop was cooked perfectly. And again, the sauce of it made the dish. The only issue was that the mash potatoes was dry as if they premade it.
The wine selection was great too.
The service was amazing even though they have a few people serving. They're very efficient! The ambience was great as well.
The menu looks like they have many amazing dishes. We will definitely come back for more!

Absolutely divine. It was perfection and I just hope my husband looks at me the way he looks at that steak (see photo). Dined for our anniversary in June and my husband got the Wagyu tomahawk. Came back for New Year’s Eve and again went for the tomahawk, it was again sublime. The service is top tier, the chef is a genius, and the food is phenomenal. The only downside is the seating is tight and limited, so make that reservation! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
