Been here three times and I'm just visiting Pueblo. The food is delicious the portions are generous service is great. It's the little place you shouldn't underestimate. I highly recommend!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

haven't eaten in here in quite a while, but the food has definitely declined from how good it used to be, or maybe its only good after a night of drinking~¿ taquitos were rock hard an dried out, the California didn't come close to slapping like others In the area. The horchata had a funky taste like it sat out in the food cooler all day with no lid or covering. The tamale wasn't bad though ill give em that. Friendly & fast service also. The Cheese enchilada were pretty yummy. I got them to go and brought them home luckily because the cheese inside wasnt all melted. It reheated well though. I also got a horchata which is very sweet and delicious. The service was very fast and the prices are great! My meal was around 7-8$ There was no wait in line and the wait for my food was around 5 minutes. Facility was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. Usually they are open 24 hours but when the weather is bad like today, expect them to close overnight

Years ago I had Adolfo's in New Mexico and I was hooked. I don't know if it's the same food but this carne asada, their burritos, and their green chile is amazing!!! It is absolutely worth your time to stop by. Skip Chipotle and the others, this is authentic Pueblo! Honestly I’ve been coming here for fifteen years. I absolutely love it. They’re a staple any time I’m back down in southern Colorado. Can’t go through Pueblo without a stop. My favourite for years has been the California Breakfast Burrito. The fact that they’re open 24 hours a day is just a cherry on top.

3.5 stars. Decent enough place. We got carne asada fries because a co-worker has brought them for lunch before and they looked delicious. Portion is huge and they are indeed quite tasty. Recommend having it with the spicy sauce as it makes the fries much much better. They have a couple of tables inside so you can sit and eat if empty.

Anytime we drive to Pueblo or through it we always have to stop at Adolfo's and get the California Burrito. We just love that burrito. We have not found another burrito that can come close to this one. I live in Denver with all their restaurants and taco trucks around still no California Burrito, so it is a treat when we get to have one. Everyone in Pueblo knows about Adolfo's and their California Burrito. If you ever make it to Pueblo and wanna try an amazing burrito stop by Adolfo's and try their California burrito. You won't be disappointed.

Food is amazing. Love the California burrito, and fries with cheese. Prices have went up quite a bit from what I remember them being but the burritos are pretty decently sized for the price. You will never leave here still hungry. Bathrooms are not in the best conditions. Staff are always very friendly.
