This was our first time here. The food was fresh and made to order, including the tortillas. The salsa was spicy 😋. The chips and dip are made from scratch too. We plan to return to try more dishes. What an amazing little authentic local Mexican restaurant! I highly recommend eating here, if you have the craving for some great authentic Mexican food. I ate a late (super late) lunch, so it was pretty empty when I arrived. They were extremely kind and attentive, and the food was great. I have been craving a Mexican breakfast for some time now, saw this place reviewed on Police Happenings and decided to give it a try! We ordered Chilaquiles (green sauce) and Huevos Rancheros, both were excellent definitely will be back! Service Delivery Meal type Breakfast Price per person $1–10

Excellent Mexican food made from scratch. No canned beans here. Handmade corn and flour tortillas with large plate portions. Hot salsa and they fry their own corn chips. Barbacoa cooked perfectly with little fat for that perfect breakfast taco. Repeat customers with each visit ending in a happy food coma.

One of the best authentic spots around. It’s not your bland big box store trying to cater to parties of 20 people or more. I love coming in to sit and order, but personally this is my spot for weekend barbacoa!!! Come fast, come early, and call in! They always sell out and for good reason! The barbacoa is amazing and your order comes with everything you’ll need! I get extra tortillas (bc I need em and they are amazingly fresh)! Great little 'Hole in the wall' place, the type everyone is looking for. Small, quaint, with a relaxed atmosphere and superb cooking. A very good selection of traditional Mexican dishes, all prepared on the spot, very tasty and very authentic. Great prices and friendly staff. Came here after a softball game with the majority of the team because of the 4/5 stars. Don't know what food everyone who gave this place those stars. The food was okay at best and the staff was great though...the sweet tea and water was simply horrible. Like old tea but with cold ice. Very small restaurant but looked to be bigger in the picture.
